Broga is Yoga and Meditation for Brothers. Sherri recently shared on Good Morning Texas that Broga is a term used widely in the yoga community that primarily speaks to men, but typically white men. And because she wanted to be intentional about outreach, she got really specific about messaging to encourage the Brothers to practice Yoga and Meditation. The community is welcome.

We provide Birth Doula services to support the birthing community + their partners during pregnancy, labor and beyond. Moreover, we believe that it is essential to create ample space for the empowered, supportive, nurturing presence of men in the birthing process.
As birth doulas we are trained non-clinical, support professionals experienced in childbirth. As a Mama Glow trained birth doula, Sherri combines this experience with her healing arts background and offers pregnancy support into the “4th trimester” or postpartum. Sherri serves as a constant reassuring presence and an emotional anchor. As your birth doula, she will offer education, serve as an advocate, and help with comfort measures, mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing, relaxation, yoga/movement and positioning. Sherri’s birth doula offerings include 7 focus areas that are part of your individualized preparatory experience.
Research shows that by engaging the services of a Birth Doula, favorable outcomes increase by 50% and the need for artificial pain management decreases by 70%. In fact, the World Health Organization recommends that every pregnant person birth with a Doula.
